Nigerian singer Ugbekile David Osemeke, popularly known as Boy Spyce, has said those criticising his female colleague, Simi, do not realise how talented she is.
DAILY POST recalls that Simi has been under fire with some fans calling for her to change her voice, saying her sound was monotonous.
Seemingly reacting to the backlash, Boy Spyce said he was being inspired by Simi in writing a song he is working on, stressing that critics do not know the extent of her talent.
On his X handle, the Mavin Records artist wrote: “Writing a ballad song rn in my car and jamming Simi’s Simisola album for inspo … Omo y’all don’t realize how talented that woman is!”
